Amul Diced Mozzarella has a moist, soft, elastic texture and has a distinctive mild salty taste and a pleasant aroma. Due to its elastic and stringy texture, this cheese is ideal for preparing Lasagna, and as a topping on pizzas. When baked with pizzas, it melts uniformly while beautifully engulfing all other ingredients of the pizza surface. Mozzarella Cheese is also an excellent source of milk proteins.
