A delicious, traditional south Indian special breakfast.
Very quick and delicious breakfast in busy for you and your loved ones.
Uniformly mix one cup of Davangere Dosa mix with one cup curd and 1 cup water.
Keep the mixture aside for 20 minutes. Mix little more water if the mix is thick and adjust it to semi liquid consistency.
Spread one small cup of batter on the heated non-stick tava and cover with lid for 30 seconds.
Spread butter over the Davangere Dosa and serve hot with chutney.
